We will require a deposit payment of $1000 to make and secure a large group function. All reservations are considered tentative until we receive the deposit payment. Final numbers and full payment of the function minimum spend is required 14 days prior. Failure to settle the account in advance will result in the function being cancelled.

Final numbers, menus, beverage selection and dietary requirements must be confirmed in writing 14 days prior to the event. At this time, we will also require a signed copy of your event order and contract with any amendments made within this timeframe being subject to availability.

The agreed minimum spend is applicable. Please note that should your minimum spend not be met; the remaining balance will be charged as venue hire.

The person who has signed this booking agreement is responsible for the behaviour of guests. That person will be liable for the cost of any damage incurred within the venue or on the grounds of the property during the function. Service of alcoholic beverages for your function is subject to responsible service of alcohol and staff may refuse to serve guests in accordance with RSA requirements. In general, provision of alcoholic beverages during the event will be limited to reasonable consumption as deemed by us. The venue reserves the right to remove any individual found to be in breach of this. The venue also reserves the right to immediately conclude the function in the case of alcohol or illicit substance abuse by guests. The health and wellbeing of our staff is of the upmost importance and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

We must be notified of all cancellations in writing. The $1000 deposit will be fully refunded if cancelled outside of 4 weeks prior to your event. In the case of force majeure (such as natural disasters or acts of God; government acts or orders; pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; national or regional emergencies) you may be offered to attend on another date, (subject to availability). We are not responsible for inclement weather conditions. Please note no refunds will be given under these circumstances. Change of booking date may be permitted and is subject to availability.

A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays. Credit Card Surcharges will apply.
